1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

pkk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its absolute discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected.
• A valid self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.
• A court order or regulatory direction requires account action.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkk365 may, at its discretion, withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance (net of bonuses not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms
